Human Rights Campaign San Francisco Town Hall Meeting on the Permanent Partners Immigration Act (PPIA), H.R. 690
Each
year, current U.S. law forces thousand of lesbian and gay binational
couples to live in separate countries or face constant fear of
deportation. The Permanent Partners Immigration Act (PPIA), H.R.
690, would modify U.S. immigration law to allow U.S. citizens
and permanent residents to sponsor their same-sex partners for
immigration to this country. Learn how to end discrimination and
help binational couples stay together.
